bcgam Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bcgam ("bcgam", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bcgam website, mobile interface, gaming products, sportsbook, payment services, promotions, and all related features available at bcgam.net.

By creating a bcgam account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any bcgam service in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bcgam platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for Pakistani players. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the plain English meaning of the text shall prevail. bcgam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to bcgam is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bcgam is strictly a 21-plus platform. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly and unconditionally prohibited by local law.
• You do not hold an existing active or self-excluded bcgam account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bcgam or any associated company.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and verifiable personal information. Providing false details at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

bcgam conducts age verification at the withdrawal stage as a minimum. The platform reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during your account lifecycle. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution and may be permanently closed if verification is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) bcgam account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances — including real-money and bonus funds — being forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact bcgam support immediately at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bcgam login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other individual. bcgam strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, which is available via account settings.

bcgam is not liable for any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify bcgam support immediately. bcgam will suspend the account and investigate upon receipt of a valid security concern.

• You must keep your registered email address and contact number current and accurate at all times.
• Account name changes are not permitted after registration. A mismatch between account name and KYC documents will delay withdrawal processing.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be flagged as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the fee schedule.
• bcgam reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for security review, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance purposes.

bcgam accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. bcgam does not apply any deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bcgam accepts no responsibility.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your bcgam PKR wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are processed within standard banking hours and timelines. USDT deposits are credited after standard blockchain network confirmation, the timing of which depends on network congestion and is outside bcgam's control.

• Deposits made in error cannot be recalled once credited to your bcgam wallet.
• bcgam reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are final upon blockchain confirmation and are non-reversible by bcgam once credited.
• bcgam may at its discretion apply deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month.

Withdrawals from your bcgam PKR wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is released from your account. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued identification document and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

Standard PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed same-day during bcgam operational hours with no bcgam-side withdrawal fees. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank follow standard interbank processing timelines, typically one to three business days. USDT withdrawal requests are processed within bcgam operational hours and credited to your specified crypto address within the same timeframe.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion's terms.
• bcgam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed where there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement attached to any portion of the requested balance.
• bcgam reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for security review purposes without providing specific reasons.
• Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where fraud is confirmed.

bcgam offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed in full before you opt in. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all bcgam promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry windows are displayed in PKR on each promotion's detail page before acceptance.
• Bonus balances are held separately from real-money balances in your bcgam wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash at face value. A bonus is not a cash credit until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from bcgam bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other manipulation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• bcgam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus credited as a result of a system error or technical fault.

All games offered on the bcgam platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, Mines Grand, and Midas Fortune — are provided by certified international gaming software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently verified random number generation (RNG) systems. bcgam does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings outside of those published by the respective game providers.

Players are expected to engage with all bcgam games in good faith and in accordance with the game rules displayed within each game interface. bcgam reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome. In the event of a malfunction, the affected stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

• Bets placed after a technical error or during a platform disruption may be voided at bcgam's discretion.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players in live casino games is prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach resulting in account closure and fund forfeiture.
• bcgam reserves the right to impose table limits, betting limits, or session limits on any account at any time for risk management purposes.

bcgam's sportsbook covers PSL cricket, international T20 and Test cricket, and a range of other sports with live in-play betting markets. Placing a sports bet on bcgam constitutes your acceptance of the sports betting rules applicable to that market, in addition to these general Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Subsequent odds movements do not affect already-placed bets.
• bcgam reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market and to refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during live match events.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules displayed in the sportsbook help section.
• PSL matches postponed due to weather or security reasons will be treated as void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Winnings from sports bets that are subsequently found to have been placed on markets affected by match-fixing or corruption will be voided and stakes returned.

bcgam is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an entertaining activity. If it stops being that for you, bcgam provides immediate tools to help you step back and regain control — no forms, no waiting periods for protective actions.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every bcgam account holder directly from account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set and reduced instantly, increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders and automatic logout after configurable inactivity periods.
• Cooling-off periods from 24 hours up to six weeks — activated immediately upon request.
• Permanent self-exclusion — irreversible, account locked immediately upon activation, no reactivation possible.
• Reality check notifications showing time played and net result during active sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcgam platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bcgam account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Using bcgam for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multi-account play or other manipulation strategies.
• Accessing bcgam from a jurisdiction where such access is unconditionally prohibited while misrepresenting your location.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the bcgam platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the bcgam platform — including but not limited to the bcgam brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of bcgam or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bcgam platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative works from any bcgam content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcgam's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your bcgam account in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

• bcgam accepts no liability for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• bcgam accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• bcgam accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners integrated into the platform.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bcgam makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

bcgam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a bcgam account you confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary: bcgam collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with anti-money laundering requirements, and deliver the platform's services. bcgam does not sell player data to third parties and does not share your information with advertisers. All data is stored securely with TLS 1.3 encryption applied to all platform sessions.

bcgam reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of bcgam following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may close your bcgam account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been completed.

bcgam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or compliance obligations.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming standards framework under which bcgam operates. bcgam is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.

If you have a dispute with bcgam, the first step is to contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bcgam aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this first stage without escalation.

• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant game round closing.
• Disputes regarding payment transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
• bcgam's decision on any dispute, following its internal review process, shall be final and binding subject to applicable law.

For any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, your bcgam account, payment transactions, bonuses, or responsible gaming tools, bcgam's support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

When contacting support regarding a formal complaint or dispute, please include your registered account username, the date of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. This allows bcgam's team to locate the relevant records and respond efficiently. All formal complaints are logged, tracked, and responded to within the timelines specified in Section 15.
